We are the founders and owners of “Samovar Catering”.
Marsel developed his passion for food through specialized courses and obtained his Diploma in Food Preparation Technology. He then worked in some of the most exclusive hotels in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. While dedicating himself to expand his culinary talent , he moved to Dubai to work at the Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Group. From Middle East to Europe and finally Australia, Marsel has an extensive knowledge of “Food around the world”.
From a French background, Perran graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. She earned her Diploma of Culinary Arts and Hotel management.
Perran developed her skills and love of food not only in France, in some of the most prestigious Michelin Star restaurants, but also in USA, in Fine Dining restaurants and in Dubai, working in places such as Burj Al Arab, world’s 7 stars palace, with only focus on details and client’s utmost satisfaction.
We invested in creating the ultimate tool that allows us to cater for anyone, at anytime and anywhere around Australia, with a special focus on Sports and racing events, year round Festivals, Media events and Corporate functions.

Manti is our specialty dish
Manti are steamed parcels filled with goodness. One bite and you are hooked! Manti typically consist of a meat mixture, usually lamb or beef in a dough wrapper, steamed to perfection. Served with a side of fresh tomato and coriander dip inspired from “Achichuk” a very popular Uzbek salad. Manti is a must try dish for all foodies and a people pleaser for any occasion!
